Cultiva Decisiones in Argentina
Seresco has concluded an agreement with Seedmech Latinamerica, an Argentine company with more than 29 years of experience in advising and monitoring the crops-soil-water-climate complex, to implement its precision agriculture tool Cultiva Decisiones in Argentina, in more than 1,300 hectares of peach orchards situated mostly in the region of Mendoza.
Seresco’s arrival in Argentina has taken place at a time when the company, which offers its services to clients in countries such as Morocco, Cape Verde, France and Belgium, is undergoing international expansion. After its first foray into Latin America in 2013, with the opening of its headquarters in Costa Rica, Chile and Ecuador, the organization opened an office in Lisbon in 2015.
In 2017 Seresco also began to offer its solutions and services, specifically its Cartography and Cadastre services, in Colombia and Bolivia, and it opened its respective delegations there.
It will soon be possible to make new additions to these international markets, since the company is currently exploring new opportunities.
“Arriving in Argentina with Cultiva Decisiones on the year of our 50th anniversary is proof of how much progress we have made over the course of all these years, and of the commitment that the company has made to continuing growth, both at home and abroad. We will continue to strive toward the goal of becoming a point of reference in digital transformation both within and outside of our borders.” Rubén Pérez Sobrino | Consulting and Software Area Director, Seresco.
